By accessing frostlinetrips.com or booking any FrostLine Trips tour package, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
FrostLine Trips provides guided family ice fishing tour experiences on frozen lakes across multiple locations. Our services include guided ice fishing sessions, equipment provision, guided instruction, meals (where specified), and accommodation (where specified). All tours are subject to weather conditions and safe ice availability.
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit (30% of total package price). A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide within 24 hours of deposit receipt. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date.
All prices displayed on frostlinetrips.com are in US Dollars (USD) and are per family group unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation. Once a deposit is received and a booking is confirmed, the quoted price is locked in for that booking.

All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by FrostLine Trips guides at all times. Failure to follow guide instructions may result in removal from the tour without refund. Participants must:
Ice fishing involves inherent risks including but not limited to cold weather exposure, uneven ice surfaces, and water proximity. By booking a FrostLine Trips tour, you acknowledge these risks and agree that FrostLine Trips takes all reasonable precautions but cannot eliminate all risk. Participants engage in our tours voluntarily and at their own risk.
FrostLine Trips' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific tour. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our tours. This limitation does not apply to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by FrostLine Trips staff.
Participants should be in reasonably good health. If you have serious cardiovascular conditions, severe cold intolerance, or any condition that may be adversely affected by cold weather and light physical activity, please consult your physician before booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe a health risk exists.
FrostLine Trips may photograph or video participants during tours for marketing purposes. By booking a tour, you grant FrostLine Trips a non-exclusive license to use such images on our website and marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in marketing materials, please notify us in writing before your tour date.
All content on frostlinetrips.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of FrostLine Trips and is protected by applicable copyright laws. No content may be reproduced without written permission.
FrostLine Trips reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, ice conditions, equipment issues, or other operational factors. We will notify guests of significant changes as early as possible and offer alternatives where applicable.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through competent courts in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
