Good to Know

Before You Book

We recommend booking at least 14 days in advance, especially for peak season (Jan–Feb) weekend packages.

Cancel or reschedule at no cost up to 72 hours before your trip date. Weather cancellations always rescheduled for free.

We take a 30% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your trip date.

We reply to all inquiries within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend responses by end of Monday.
